Their models offer a lot of space for the toes, but also an excellent fit around the ankle and the sole. This differentiates them from traditional sports shoes, which are normally sharper at the top and very stiff.

Based on the child's anatomy, Bisgaard and Ecco developed the friendliest sole and wrapped it in organic cotton . Made of a durable, eco-friendly material, it does not let the foot sweat, and its texture is fine.  AANKL models can be worn even with bare feet, without socks.
